If your order is not fully satisfactory, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products should remain unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, returned items should also include the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase — such as an order confirmation email or sales receipt — is required for all return requests.

Return Instructions

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, the RascNam™ support team will provide the necessary instructions for sending the item back.

Unless the return is related to a damaged item, defective merchandise, or a shipping mistake, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by RascNam™.
