How do I place an order?

Shopping with RascNam™ is easy and convenient. Browse our collection of gift products and decorative items, select the products you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed through checkout to complete your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully submitted, an automatic confirmation email will be sent with your purchase details and order summary.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?

Because many orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, we recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or modification. While changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing has started, we will do our best to assist before shipment.
